County Improving District Attorney to Have Few Matters to Take Up
Orange county shows more peace as the Grand Jury calendar tightens. District Attorney Ersgagers plans to present only three cases on Monday, none local, none for murder or manslaughter. Unlike last year, when murders burglaries and robbery were heard, this year the focus is on nonlocal assault and theft cases in New Windsor and Goshen.
