Mrs Elizabeth Hobbs of New Mobbs died suddenly at her residence. The coroner granted a death inquiry. Hobbs was a native of Qobeeit and a member of St Joseph's Church. Funeral notices will appear later.

Charles Ellsworth, a Henderson's grocery clerk, was taken to Thrall Hospital Tuesday evening with pneumonia and is in serious condition under Dr. Stivers care. Tony Menzo, an Italian boy of Cottage Street, was admitted today with a fractured skull after being run over by a wagon. Dr. Redfield attends him.

Officials say it is among the worst seen in the city, yet no spread is feared due to precautions. Williams. The opening game is set for May 3 in Philadelphia against the Alifubans’ team.
E Sanford Studley of Bloomingdale and Countr Afformer W B Roree of this city met at Goshen Tuesday and signed 250,000 bonds for the construction of a new jail and courthouse at Newburgh. Captain Riker and his teammate Cole led a hare and hound chase Tuesday afternoon over mills, brush, and past Mechanicstown to a back pond. Sandy Craig the hound swam the pond to seize Riker. Craig then caught Cole near Scotchtown. The chase ended at the YMCA after a brisk rubdown, lasting about an hour and a half over several miles.
