Drug Abuse Program Opens in Middletown Schools
Middletown Rotary Club and police sponsor a drug education program for local schools in its second year. Richard L. Lewis notes the project mirrors last year with a three part exhibit showing confiscated drugs and paraphernalia, plus literature for students. Sgt. Russell Dwyer leads assemblies while Rotary members run seminars, with future sessions planned at Verity Fenwick Roosevelt McKinley and Manchester middle schools.
