Man awarded 25000 in accident suit at Butler County
A Butler County Common Pleas jury awarded Related 25000 to a Hamilton man, Arthur F Miller, after a June 24 1965 rear end crash with Stedman Foundry and Machine Co's truck. The suit originally sought 45000 and involved Middletown Hospital staff and the patient’s family.

Franklin man sent to Mansfield Reformatory after Lima release
A 23 year old Franklin man, previously released from Lima State Hospital after four years, was sentenced by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Fred B. Cramer to an indeterminate term in Mansfield Reformatory. Convicted in 1964 at age 19 of sodomy, he was linked to deaths of a boxer dog and a cocker spaniel on the Hook estate. The judge credited four years already served at Lima toward the reformatory term and noted the need to proceed under law without probation.
