Washington AP reports a hybrid speech interview debate between Richard Nixon and John F. Kennedy will air Monday from Chicago. The hour long program spans 9:30 to 10:30 p m EDT on three TV networks and four radio nets with Kennedy first to answer and Nixon replying. Questions likely six to eight. six minutes left for three summations. Final word goes to Kennedy by drawing. Other debates include Oct 7 and 13 news conferences and Oct 21 foreign affairs program from New York.
