In Cincinnati five Black children are plaintiffs in Common Pleas Court against Lockland School Superintendent Ivan Shell and the Lockland School Board. The suits seek court orders to end denial of admission to Lockland Elementary, citing an August 1958 agreement allowing parents to choose between Lockland and Lockland Wayne Elementary. Judge Louis J. Schneider set a Friday hearing on issuing such an order. Shell says the parents chose last year and must follow it.
