Lorain County program head pursues emergency energy aid plan
Lorain County Community Action Agency director Charles Hopkins oversees an experimental energy stamp program funded by a federal grant through Oct. 31. Hopkins, a 47 year old former steelworker, lives for community action and has expanded meals for seniors, home repair, summer recreation, and survival gardens while serving low income residents nationwide.
