Fire at Jad's Roast Beef causes damage injures two firefighters
Two firefighters suffered minor injuries while fighting a blaze at Jad's Roast Beef Restaurant 4305 Grand Ave. Damage totaled 3000 to the building and 4000 to contents. Lt. Ellis Moren and Steve Gillie were treated for injuries from smoke and heat. Flames appeared in an exhaust vent over a deep fryer due to a broken belt.
