Dayan vows bigger raids after Gulf of Suez strike
Israeli Defense Minister Moshe Dayan warned Egypt of heavier strikes following a bold amphibious raid that killed an estimated 100 to 150 Egyptians. Commandos crossed the Gulf of Suez at 2 a.m. near El Hasayer and advanced 30 miles, attacking guard posts, camps, radar stations and military vehicles before withdrawing to Sinai.
