Teenagers Join Junior Achievement Program In Middletown
Middletown youths aged 14 to 21 are invited to join Junior Achievement, a spare time program where students form small companies, raise funds by selling stock at 50 cents a share, and operate real businesses with adult advisers. Last year 21 national awards and several scholarships and trips were earned by Middletown teens, who paid members over 1200 in wages and held weekly two hour sessions without dues or school interference.
