Franklin rental forms available for elderly housing
Applications for rental in the Harding House apartment building for the elderly are now available. Forms may be picked up at the Camerlon Aging office, 300 N Broadway, Lebanon, or at the Franklin City Building and the American Legion hall meals program. Eligible residents 62 and older can apply for federal rent subsidies in the Herding House units managed by Promex Micewest, an Illinois firm, as the project nears completion.
