Variance Sought For Yard Width and Setbacks Refused
A property owner requested a variance to allow a narrower front yard and parking space than the zoning setback requires. The request was denied as it would not meet the minimum yard and setback regulations.
Hamilton CG&E Pact Agreed On
Terms of a 15 year interconnection agreement between the city of Hamilton and Cincinnati Gas and Electric Co were presented to Hamilton city council last night. The pact provides increased interchange of power based on availability from either party and will be sent to the Federal Power Commission for approval. Hamilton operates its own generating facilities and the new agreement supersedes the 1956 pact.
