Clem Imfeld Campaigns for Re election as Area One Judge
Clem F Imfeld Jr 55 of Millville Road Hamilton campaigns on his 28 years as a practicing attorney and 20 years as county court judge seeking re election in the Nov 7 general election. He argues his record as firm but fair and explains the Area One Court handles traffic and misdemeanor cases and holds preliminary hearings for felonies. He cites suspended sentences for first offenders as a deterrent and restitution tool. Imfeld’s background includes degrees from Cincinnati and law posts in Hamilton and Millville plus roles with the Ohio Judicial Conference and Ohio County Judges Association.
