Legal Snail Delays Ballots for Nine Communities
In Cincinnati nine communities may miss absentee voting as ballots are delayed by a court action over how many judicial candidates may appear on the ballot. Maurice Allen says ballots likely won’t be ready to mail before the noon deadlines for servicemen and others. Communities affected include Mt Healthy, Anderson Township, Arlington Heights, Delhi Township, Eyedale, Glendale, Springfield Township, Sycamore Township and Woodlawn.
