Coach sentenced for impregnating teen in Ohio case
John J. Haller, 22, received a three year term from Hamilton County Common Pleas Court Judge Thomas Crush after pleading guilty to seven counts of sexual battery involving a 13 year old girl he coached at Arlington Memorial Gardens. Haller, a laborer from St. Bernard, also faced psychological findings of manipulation and was labeled a sexually oriented offender, requiring annual address reporting for a decade. The victim, who became pregnant and later homeschooled, had to withdraw from school as the case unfolded.
