Green McCollum and Grace McCollum of Hamilton seek 40565 in damages in Butler County Common Pleas Court for injuries from a July cross street rear end collision on Riverside Drive near Butler Avenue. The defendant is Gary D. Holmes of Oxford Trenton Road. The suit requests 26565 for Green and 15000 for Grace.
