Predicted Gasoline Rise Tied to Energy Plan

New Orleans AP. John OLeary deputy director of the new U S Energy Department predicts gasoline will rise five or six cents a gallon next year. He spoke to the 75th annual convention of the American Automobile Association saying Congress will adopt much of the energy plan but prices will climb anyway due to either the plan or an import fee on foreign oil.
