A 16 year old Middletown area youth has filed a $60,000 damage suit in Butler County Common Pleas Court alleging he was struck by a southbound car on Cincinnati Dayton Road south of Monroe on June 11, 1970. The suit, brought by Perry W. Wright through his father Lewis Wright, seeks $10,000 for injuries claimed permanent and $50,000 for future lost earnings. The car was operated by Calvin J. Carter.
