Snake eats brother as boa tragedy ends feeding pair

Ford to refund $1.2 million yearly in repossession case

The FTC says Ford Motor Co and Ford Motor Credit will refund about $1.2 million annually to buyers in a 22 year-old case accusing repossession profiteering. The consent order requires future surpluses be paid within 45 days and covers 3,500 dealers with about 100,000 in refunds from May 1, 1974.
