Church To Dedicate Sanctuary Pipe Organ Sunday
The First United Methodist Church will hold open house dedication for its new sanctuary pipe organ this Sunday at 3. Clement R. Burton, organist-choir master, will give a dedicatory recital. The Reuter Organ Company built the instrument with 34 ranks and about 2050 pipes, costing around 70000 including building modifications and carillon installation. Burton, a Ohio Wesleyan graduate, recently marked his tenth year as organist-choirmaster here.
