North Middletown Annexation Plan Rescinded by County
County commissioners voted 2 1 to withdraw annexation permission for North Middletown and Lemon Township areas. The action halts expansion plans as both sides revert to county and city tax and administration roles. First National Bank official W Barker promoted to vice president while remaining trust officer.
