Armco Steel dedicates a multi million dollar rolling complex in Middletown with more than 500 officials and leaders present. Gov. James A. Rhodes attended along with Armco executives as the project marks over half of a 350 million dollar improvement program and promises about 1 000 new jobs for the area. City bonds of 80 million helped finance the facility and two stainless steel plaques were unveiled at a plaza near the New Oxford State.
