Stay Granted in Mesabi-Arkco Anti-Trust Case Ruling
Chief Judge Wright stayed the Delaware anti trust action involving Mesabi Iron, Republic Steel, and Armco while awaiting the 8th Circuit decision in a related case. Reserve Mining officials welcomed the move, saying the dispute centers on taconite royalties and arbitration terms. Mesabi had sought to compel arbitration and to add anti-trust counterclaims.
