Otis McCarter, 41, wrecked two homes in separate addresses in Los Angeles. He damaged plumbing, cabinets, and walls in the Derderian house at 711 N Cahuenga Ave while another crew wrecked a house at 711 N Lillian Way. Mrs Derderian had redecorated the kitchen recently.
