An Ohio State Highway Patrolman from Hamilton Post 9 and one from Lebanon Post 83, among 33 patrol and two other state agencies, earned supervisory training certificates under Col. Robert M. Charamonte. The week-long Columbus course began Sept. 21, 1970, covering supervision, manpower assignment, interpersonal relations, and communications. Nebraska and Iowa officers also received certificates.
