Long-criminal Buck pleads guilty to murder of tool dealer

Lebannon Estell W Buck the son of an electrical contractor told police he worked as a carpenter before crime life. Buck pleaded guilty to aggravated murder in Warren County for the March 7 killing of William E Doolittle Jr a 41 year old tool dealer found shot in a van outside a Monroe truck stop. He faces 20 years to life after a plea deal dropping the death penalty. Authorities say the motive was a $6000 theft payment. Buck has a 30 year rap sheet and was free since 2001 after a prior trailer theft sentence.
