Unionist Indicted on IRS File Tampering Charges

Federal grand jury indicted international vice president of the United Auto Workers Richard T. Gosser and two associates on charges of tampering with confidential IRS files. Donald Pinciotti and Ted Maison are named with Gosser. an IRS secretary Patricia Nedomski is listed as co-conspirator but not indicted. Arraignment set for December 7 before Judge Frank L. Kloeb.

Two Bank Robbery Suspects Arrested in Las Vegas

FBI agents arrested two of three gunmen in a Perth Amboy bank robbery on Nov. 16. The pair, William Schech and Doyle Royal, were found with pistols and $20,000 in a Las Vegas hotel. Royal faces flight-to-avoid-prosecution charges. Schech also. Both jailed on robbery warrants.

Payphone thief nets about $20,000 across three states

An Indianapolis man, 52 year old William M. Rice, told police he stole roughly $20,000 from pay telephones in three states over 18 months. He admitted operating in Milwaukee Toledo Youngstown Akron Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio and Buffalo New York, using a home made pick to open coin boxes after pilfering a booth in Indianapolis in spring 1961.
