Butler County parole caseload eases for Frank South
A Middletown man, second oldest in service, describes his parole caseload as about 40, down from over 100. Two new parole officers join Butler County's system to supervise about 700 men. South splits time between the Hamilton office and field work, while judges appoint new staff to handle the load amidst local debates on movie censorship and police duty.
