Woman Seeks 26000 Damages After Traffic Collision
Florence Spivey of 1795 Wayne Madison Road Trenton files in Butler County Common Pleas Court against Granville Combs 5347 Howe Road Trenton seeking 26000 for injuries she says occurred when she was a passenger in a car driven by her son and backed into their vehicle at a railroad crossing four miles north of Route 4 on November 3 1964. Hamilton Monroe 23 year old Man Lamphier appeared before Judge Fred Cramer on probation violation. He had five years on breaking and entering and grand larceny charges. He was ordered continued on probation after a prior arrest for destruction of property following a dispute with his estranged wife. Lamphier testified of visiting his kids at his wife’s home. she refused access and he damaged the door. The judge kept probation in effect and did not revoke it.
