Delaware blasts Supreme Court for not hearing college suit
Delaware Attorney General David Buckson condemned the Supreme Court for denying a hearing on a challenge to the winner take all electoral system. He argued the court violated the Constitution by failing to hear a dispute between states and cited due process and the mandatory nature of interstate suits.
