Gene Lindley runs State Line Truck Stop in Eaton Ohio and dominates Ohio lottery sales with 1975 tickets totaling 480801 and 23540 in commission. In early 1976 the operation moved 166625 in tickets, aided by Indiana traffic and cross country customers. Fortner of Richmond Ind won Buckeye 1000 per month for life from tickets sold there.
