Graduation surveys show varying post high school paths
The Middletown and Lemon Monroe districts report 47 percent of 1976 grads pursued higher education, with 36.6 percent at MHS and 21.4 percent at LMHS entering four year colleges. Other grads joined two year colleges, the workforce, or the armed forces as surveys track paths. Director Norman Hayes calls for broader academic and vocational programs to reflect a diverse student population.
