Memorial Day Service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery
The Rev E Eugene Frazer of First United Methodist Church will speak at the Memorial Day service today at 2 30 at Mount Pleasant Cemetery near Peasttown. Open to the public this yearly event features Eloise B Schneider introducing veterans and guests, with the American Legion Color Guard Post 218 and other veterans groups taking part. Taps will conclude the ceremony.

Summer Changes At YMCA In Middletown
The Middletown Area YMCA announces a summer schedule from June 2 to August 30 featuring two five week swimming lesson series starting June 16 and the week of July 28. All classes are co ed with instruction for all levels and Saturday recreational swim times at 9 30 and 10 30. Family Night runs Monday to Friday with 6 30 to 8 30 swim. youth lobby lounge hours are 9 to 5 weekdays and 8 to noon Saturdays.
