A 37 year old Middletown man waived a preliminary hearing and was held for the grand jury under $5,000 bond on burglary and larceny charges. Alex Rhodus 37 was arraigned on a warrant charging a break in at Bow's Restaurant where $36 was taken. Rhodus admitted six burglaries but will be charged only on the original warrant.
