Trial to start Monday in death of Warren man
Joseph Burns, 19, of Warren County, faces charges including complicity to commit aggravated murder and multiple murder counts in the shooting death of Johnny Brewer, 24, of South Lebanon. Dwight and Gary Sizemore of Lebanon were convicted of aggravated assault and attempted aggravated assault and are subpoenaed in Burns case.
