Should Sophomores Attend the Junior-Senior Prom
Fenwick High School faces the annual debate over allowing sophomores at the junior-senior prom. Teachers recall sophomores have not attended since the mid sixties though some seniors oppose such access arguing the event should remain an upperclass privilege. Junior Ray Jena counters that upperclassmen should choose their dates even if they are sophomores. At Madison High, prom guests may come from outside the school, prompting mixed reactions among students about fairness and opportunity.
