Don Bosco Children’s Orchestra Visits U S After El Salvador Tour
The Don Bosco Children’s Orchestra of San Salvador, 47 boys aged 8 to 17, toured the United States after President Johnson admired their July 1968 San Salvador performance. Chaperones faced heavy duties as the group traveled by plane, train, and bus to a Salesian center in Haversstraße New York for concerts across several cities.
