Man guilty on eight municipal court charges in Butler County
Paul Kirby, 31, of 3203 Yankee Road, was found guilty on seven counts including possession of a dangerous ordnance and resisting arrest and given concurrent six month sentences plus a 90 day term. Three charges were dismissed. He was arrested after an April 30 auto crash at Waneta Avenue and Yankee Road and later set a fire in his jail cell.
