Davis Witnesses Place Angela Davis At Crime Scene
Three prosecution witnesses testified that Angela Davis and Jonathan Jackson visited a Marin County gas station across from the San Rafael courthouse the morning of Aug. 6, 1970, seeking help with a stalled van. A day later a shootout killed four people in the Civic Center lot. Fleming and his son identified Davis as the driver, though cross examination questioned the certainty of that identification. Vanada is set to testify when the trial resumes Monday.
