Middletown Civic Chorus performs Honegger King David at First Methodist Church tonight at 8 15 under Clement R Burton. The engagement of Miss Phyllis Lynette Tyler to W Cecil Halsey is announced. Both are Middletown High School graduates and Armco Steel Corp employees. Miss Tyler is the daughter of Mrs Rosella Tyler of Trenton Franklin Road and the late James J Tyler. The couple plans a late summer wedding.
