NEW YORK AP Plans for complete diesel electric operation of freight service on the New York Central Ohio Central Division were announced. Eight 6,000 horsepower diesel locomotives would be in service by April 15, with all road freight shifted to oil burning units by next fall. Yard operations to switch within a year or two.
