Dorcas D. Dodson of True, West Virginia, settled a damage suit against the Ohio Valley Bus Company of Huntington, West Virginia, out of court. U.S. District Judge John H. Druffel dismissed 20 jurors summoned for possible duty in the case. The suit arose from a collision between a bus and Dodson’s automobile on U.S. Highway 52 near Burlington, Ohio, on November 7, 1947. Terms of settlement were not disclosed.
