Canine Masquerade Dazzles at Barbetta New York
A dog themed masquerade at Barbetta in Manhattan showcased owners and their pets in famous pair costumes from history and fiction. Cleopatra the trufflehound hosted the event while dogs and owners paraded as Tristan and Isolde, Lady Godiva, Gene Tunney and Jack Dempsey, Nellie Forbush and Honey Bun, and Sonny and Cher with Italian greyhounds. The playful scene featured Army Navy outfits and graceful canine etiquette as Canis Major and its dog star stole the spotlight.
