Florida child murder case charges arise in Lunsford death
John Evander Couey a 46 year old sex offender was formally charged with capital murder burglary kidnapping and sexual battery in the abduction and death of 9 year old Jessica Marie Lunsford. He confessed after a lie detector test and awaits arraignment as authorities seek the death penalty. The body was found near a mobile home after she vanished from her Inverness Florida home on February 23.
