Ring faced charges of possessing an explosive and contact with police denied knowledge of bomb making. He was arraigned in Middletown Municipal Court with a preliminary hearing set for 1:30 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $22,500 and he remained in Middletown City Jail. A caller at Ring’s home declined comment.
Warren County investigators say no charges anticipated by the county prosecutor. Ohio Division of Wildlife reports no closed season on coyotes and notes hunting licenses are required on private property. Officials could not confirm if the 17 year old held a license.
