Charles F. Kline has been named manager of recycled resources for Diamond Paperboard, a Diamond National division. Robert W. Long announced the appointment. Kline will source secondary fibers, especially news, for recycling and converting into Diamond paperboard. He has 22 years in the field and lives with his wife and three children in Cincinnati.
