Park Department to Host Kite Contest on April Event
The Park Department plans a kite flying contest at Smith Park on April 4 rain or light wind may postpone to April 11. Registrations open at the park office and at local elementaries. Two age divisions and two kite divisions will judge originality design and flight skill across several events with ribbons for winners.
