Babson Park Florida report cites a Mc Murray and Company survey of 1167 college trainees with 42 percent leaving before year end. If high school grads are included, unsatisfactory turnover could reach 60 percent and costly losses exceed $1.3 million for the 247 firms. The speaker pins blame on parental example rather than schools.
