Remove Humps Surgery Set For Rt. 73
Two humps on Route 73 east of Oxford will be removed as quickly as possible after a governor ordered the action at the request of State Senator Charles H. Jones. The move follows a campaign by Oxford Hamilton Middle town and Miami University students and citizens citing four motorist deaths in four months. The leveling aims to prevent the illusion of clear roadway where oncoming cars may be in the valley between humps.
