Hudepohl to acquire Burger beer brand and assets
Hudepohl Brewing Co will take over the Burger label formula and equipment and market the brew from its Cincinnati plant. The purchase price was not disclosed and Burger officials say union complaints allege no severance pay for 140 fired workers who demanded severance.

Seven theft cases heard in municipal court docket
